Documents submitted for verification must be received by the college no later than 120 days after the student's last date of enrollment or September 1,  which ever is the earlier.

形式 marked with * must be submitted to the 金融援助 Office via email, in person, 邮寄或传真.  At this time they cannot be submitted through the “VerifyMyFAFSA” link.

• NY State Appeal Request for a one-time 利用 Waiver
• Parent Refusal to 完成 FAFSA
• Spring 2020 NYS Aid Recipients Impacted by COVID-19

To request a Dependency Override or a Family Contribution (Income Adjustment) Appeal, you must do so through “VerifyMyFAFSA” link. Note: Family Contribution 上诉 are if your 2022 income will be drastically less than 2020 income reported on the FAFSA.

SAP appeals must also be submitted through the VerifyMyFAFSA link.
